The Catering Staff of Hotel Kimbima can handle all your catering needs. We also provide the option for you to bring in your own caterers or your prepared food to be served at your functions. Our On-Site DJ is the famous "Super Maurice", a famous Sierra Leonean musical genius who has survived the times to become one the nations's top mucical maestros. His amazing and wide ranging selection of music will satify your varied tastes. Although Hotel Facilities are primarily a service business business, we also offer products to aid our guests in planning their evnts themselves. The following products are tools which we use inside our facilities for your best possible results and satisfaction: 1. PARTY PACK The Party Pack is a complete kit for any party. It includes decorations, lighting effects guide, disposable theme cameras, cutlery, plates, napkins, cups, punch mix (or recipe), snack supplies (or recipe), tablecloths, varieties of music including Jimmy B 2000 Band (where applicable), invitations, thank-you cards and a step-by-step guide to planning, putting together and hosting the event. 2. STEP-BY-STEP GUIDES Booklets have been designed and printed which includes calendars to map out the event, a step-by-step guide on what is needed for and how to put together a successful worry-free event, resource info0rmation, popular refreshments with recipes, games and tips to put your event in the record books. The events available include birthday for all ages, Meetings, Retreats, Parties, Vacations, Special Occasions like graduations, holidays, showers, weddings and recptions. 3. EVENT PLANNERS Our Cutting Edge Group will allow you all the resources and visual aids for your event planning planning. We will let you play with decoration themes, listen to music of your own choice, design your invitations, thank-you cards and RSVP cards, use the interactive planning calendar and so much more management techniques that are designed to save you time and money.
